[vcf-midatlantic] New web site is now ... newer

We made some improvements to the new site. Design-wise, Darren shrunk the logo and eliminated the horizontal gray bar that separated the header from the content. Now the design is tighter (that's a good thing) and it works better on mobile devices. Content-wise, I changed some of the menus from the original version and added a lot of useful information. Some things (such as details about upcoming Festivals) are still being determined.
