Nothing official, but I can start organizing them and come up with a place for people to share them.
Some kind of directory tree where there is a directory for each event then under the directory a directory for each person who contributes photos maybe? I have some from all the VCF events I've gone to. Maybe some video of some of them as well. - Ethan
