A historically important machine, the Osborne 1, certainly. But using that tiny screen with the included SuperCalc would have driven me mad.
That's actually the 2nd version of the OCC1. The original version is in a tan and brown case: http://q7.neurotica.com/Oldtech/Osborne/Osborne1-2.jpg That Osborne looks to be in good condition. The keyboard problem may be nothing more than a bad/broken pin on the keyboard connector. On my Osborne Executive (OCC2), I had to replace the keyboard connector on the motherboard because it had two broken pins.
