Neil, you did a great job. Very engaging and informative, despite the delay and the attendee who basically wanted to hear himself talk, no fault of yours. On Sun, Mar 19, 2017 at 10:40 PM Neil Cherry via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vintagecomputerfederation.org> wrote:

Michael Kato and Jeff Galinat were venders. I got to chat with Bill Inderrieden, Wm Dudley, Rebecca Mercuri, Neil Cherry, Herb, Dean & Drew and "the usual suspects".
Despite being compressed into one day, I felt satisfied. I got some goodies in the dealer's den - displays from Galinat - books from Kato - bags of 1,000 leds and VFD modules from Ott
Neil Cherry's home automation presentation had new things from last year. With 13 presentations at a time, everyone's sure to be disappointed and miss things. I missed the earlier C++ talk and the later one was cancelled.

Oh and I want to thank everyone who attended and everyone I met. I love hanging around with the nerds.
I thoroughly enjoyed Frank O'Brien's "The View from the Apollo Guidance Computer." I wonder if it would be possible to write that OS on something like a AVR? Well I won't find out too soon.
And Sorry Even, I really did have to run to N. Jersey. Good thing I left whe I did. When we were leaving N. Jersey the weather turned to snow and cold.
