What would you like us to tell those at the VCF Workshops regarding your policies. As far as I have observed, everybody at the Workshops either asks, or knows, or otherwise understands that anything they see when they visit CDL for the Workshop which they didn't bring themselves, belongs to CDL or someone else. The change is as follows: Unless something is tagged as "to be scrapped" or "available for re-use", the assumption will be that the equipment / parts are someones personal property, regardless if their name is on it or not.
