[vcf-midatlantic] OT: help needed with Android tablet

A relative died recently and I wish to wipe his tablet so it can be used by somebody else, but it has a PIN set and he died without telling anyone. I know that there are folks who attend the VCF swap meet who sell used Android devices, so the question is: I need someone who knows how to wipe an Android device with an unknown PIN back to factory settings.
