[vcf-midatlantic] Can someone diagnose a Vic20 Saturday morning?

Hi all, I have a Vic20 that the seller told me was rescued from the garbage. I have a list of the chips to check - they are all receiving power. Let me know if anyone will be available to take a look at it and try to diagnose the problem in the CDL sometime between 7am and 1pm Saturday. Thanks, Eric
