The 'dec device' is a pack cleaner. Removes dust and stuff from a disk pack. Really fascinating piece of machinery there. Works with RL01's, RL02's and RK05's. This seems to be a service configuration for servicing RL drives - so an alignment pack for the drive itself, plus ways of caring for the disk packs also.
