The one sound I wish I could hear on a regular basis, that isn't exactly in the category of your video, is the sound of an original IBM PC (10MB) hard drive pinging away. The computer lab in college had a couple of those, and I would hear it coming from the next room while I did my assignments on the Apple IIe (only the advanced students got to use the IBMs). I am sad that the memory of that sound is fading from my mind.
The one that I love the most, still after all these years, is the "peep peep poop poop peep" of the Seagate ST-225.
