Not exactly - the originals were extruded and then bent to shape. Sometime in the last 40 or 50 years Vector changed this particular mode overl to a casting process. I’ve heard from one source that they have had issues with the castings breaking, but I haven’t had that issue. That said, the price is good. -Mike Willegal
