Can you ask Jason if he can look for my discferret drive power cable when going through this stuff? I lent him the whole discferret a few years back for a floppy imaging project, and he misplaced that one cable. It looks vaguely like a standard floppy/cdrom power cable (i.e. one 4 pin berg connector on it and one 4 pin molex connector) except the other end has a nonstandard black mini 4-pin molex connector on it. It also has a p-touch thermal printed "discferret" label on/wrapped around it, and may even have my name on a label wrapped around it as well. Hey everyone.
Jason Scott no longer needs the vast majority of his vintage computer collection. He's donating it to us for our museum and/or fundraising -- we'll make decisions when the collection gets to NJ.
Who can help us rescue it?
There are (at least) two full shelving units of hardware: https://twitter.com/textfiles/status/865598646120718337
This is located at his home in Hopewell Junction, NY.
Contact me, not Jason.
