That's another part of the article I fault. A lot of education is needed, we did a lot with computers in the 70's and 80's (and we still do ;-) ). Now we can squeeze in a lot more features (and bugs). And we (should be able to) do things faster. Alexa turn on the kitchen lights ... (a few seconds delay while the request goes to Amazon and gets sent back.
