[vcf-midatlantic] Bil Herd - update

Bil replied about the Friday classes: "You can put me on the schedule for a class on component aging and the effects on heat, with some emphasis on IC’s but not forgetting things like caps, batteries and some of the other components." I'll update the website tomorrow.
