Has anyone had luck with this? When I called the number, I reached the front desk, and the front desk guy didn't know anything about our discount, and directed me to email his manager for further instructions. I'm waiting to hear back to that email (not super optimistically), but I'm curious if others encountered this and actually reached success in some way!
