If you look at this Radio Shack catalog page (http://www.radioshackcatalogs.com/html/catalogs_extra/1985_rsc-14/h061.html)) I had the desk/hutch/printer setup for a long time, but then I changed to the "computer workcenter" in this 1987 Radio Shack catalog (http://www.radioshackcatalogs.com/html/catalogs_extra/1987_rsc-17/h049.html). I can't exactly remember why I changed, but I had my Mac on it for years, probably to raise it higher to make it easier to see. The other desk got repurposed in another room upon which I had a Compaq DeskPro/386 (which I still have, as with my original Mac 512k). I had a decent sized room -- 12' x 12' with wood paneling, two twin beds and a shag-like carpet. I remember that for posters, I mostly had cars (Ferrari, Lambo) and a pinup or two. Dad didn't like me pasting things on the "pecky cypress" wood paneling. The ceiling was 12" square Armstrong acoustic tiles with fluorescent lighting. I wish I had a picture of it. Lots of browns in that room...
