Hello everyone, After much struggle my Apple IIe is up and running! Unfortunately I'm in a software drought. I just have the system utilities and DOS 3.3 at the moment. I'm looking for some games for the system. I'm based in NYC, and am willing to drive within 45mins-1hr. Does anyone have any games they're looking to sell? You can contact me at my email or here, I don't care which.
Thanks, James Garland
In addition to the other options listed (all great ones and all that I have used and still use myself) I'd throw in another option. One of the best for under $100 http://m.ebay.com/itm/DISK-II-emulator-for-Apple-II-series-computers-/161930... I own two of them. Nothing could be easier or faster. Copy .dsk images from Internet (pick your site) to an sd card from your modern PC/Mac. Put sd card into the disk II emulator (which connects to your apple II via the same disk ][ controller card the disk ][ floppy drives connect to) and turn on machine. Done! I connect it to the drive one connector and a real floppy drive to drive two and turn disk images into real floppies instantly. Highly recommended. Tony (Ps, I have no affiliation with the seller other than I bought two of them for myself!)
