I like the magfest idea. If we make any mods or add deatures it would go to the bigger project too. They kind of grew up together: https://github.com/magfest/ubersystem It's free as in beer. It handles a lot. From staff schedules, to dietary restrictions for staff meals to schedule of events, ticketing probably. Badge check in and on and on. It might take a learning curve? I haven't seen it since pre-covid. Bronycon also ran it I believe. Maybe a few others. - Ethan On Wed, 29 Oct 2025, Jeffrey Brace via vcf-midatlantic wrote:
I'm curious to know if anyone has recommendations on software that would help me manage VCF East.
Also suggestions on easy to use database system that I could create my own customized system.
Thanks!
