[vcf-midatlantic] Punch card with VCF logo on it?

I'm trying to recall if there was ever a giveaway with the VCF logo printed on a punch card. I don't recall it, but someone else does. I do recall that someone punched out the words "VCF East" onto some and we had many of them and gave them out. Does anyone recall anything like that?
