Are the none smoked plexiglass parts not make of aluminum?
None of it is aluminum: I meant the TOP side covers.
perhaps, a 3D printer
The side parts are too large for consumer-grade 3D printers. I think Bill Dudley has the right idea -- use ordinary clear plexi and paint it.
