I vote keep it as it is.
Pleeease keep it!
It's not going anywhere.
Feel free to shorten it to like, vcf-ma or something.
That I might do. It would make it easier for everyone to read the real subject lines.
And before you say, Filter it! If I filtered it all into a another folder I'd never read it.
I couldn't live without filtering rules. I have a couple of dozen folders for messages of every possible type.
