[vcf-midatlantic] Swap meet 16500A

I'll be bringing a HP 16500A logic analyzer, with 16550A 100MHz State / 500MHz Timing and 16532A 1GSa/s Oscilloscope modules installed. It comes with a box of extra modules: 16510A 25MHz State / 100MHz Timing A pair of 16520/16521A 50Mbit/s Pattern Generator cards 16530A/16531A 400 Megasample/s Digitizing Oscilloscope module pair The unit works.
