At the last workshop, when we stayed overnight in the Sandy workers Building. there was wifi available with the login details posted on the wall. I was able to use it then. Don't know if its still working. There is also the standard Cable Co. hot spots there. I know it's easily visible at the IXR building, in the front of Camp Evans.
