Herb and Ian were really awesome with all the help that they gave me this weekend!  People have been telling me for a while that discharging a CRT is no big deal, but now I feel confident in doing it myself!  I've bought a couple of capacitor kits for the Mac 512Ke from Console5, and will keep on replacing capacitors until the screen stops jiggling.  My next big project may be recapping the Mac SE in the hopes that it makes the screen stop hurting my eyes, and then replacing the RIFA caps in both the Mac 512Ke and the Mac SE.

But anyway, special thanks to Herb and Ian for making me feel more confident in working on these things :-)

Regards,
