I might need a NeXT Cube CD tray, if I am correct that these are not the same as a CD tray from a SGI.

Bill the CD caddy's used by the Next CD-ROM drives, are standard Sony caddys, since NeXT used Sony drives. Or are you asking about drive mounting hardware? -- Matt Patoray Owner, MSP Productions KD8AMG
