OFF OFF TOPIC Crestron software needed

I have a need for a specific software package. What I need is the CRESTRON software used for diagnostics and programming of their equipment. For 20 years I worked for a Crestron partner but I am no longer with those companies. In order for me to download the software, I would have to be at CRESTRON partner. I do have a CRESTRON account not as a Crestron partner. I am wondering if there’s anybody out there that would be able to help me out. I need to diagnose and reprogram a CRESTRON DMPS3 300 C processor and touch panel. If I have a software I can do the work myself.
