Dave -- the settings on my card are actually correct and the console works; it was my reading of the jumpers on the board which was bad. I also grabbed a copy of the DLV11 manual and saw how it split the ports for use with the TU58 and the console. I configured the second card to be at 176500/300 and 9600,8N1 so when I have a chance to make up a second serial cable (parts in order from Mouser) I'll test it. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone

Are you certain? The console needs to be at 177560; everything depends on this. 176500 is the correct CSR address for the SLU used to interface to a TU58.
