????? What am I missing?
Last weekend we put a StorageTek 9710 tape library into the museum. We want to make part of its front door(s) see-through so kids can watch the robot. But we didn't have the key. I write about enterprise storage for work, so I called some people in the news department at Oracle (which acquired StorageTek) and they hooked us up with the right key.
