[vcf-midatlantic] OT / Assistance requested - technology bucket list items

As part of the technology bucket list, the plan is to cut admin over to the FiOS on 01/20/2024, so we can be rid of the last of the main post cable modems. Assuming InfoAge management provide access to the administration suite (including the secured offices and the attic), the plan is to start around 9:00 AM and wrap by 1:00 PM on 01/20/2024.
