Would it not be possible to have a large shed purchased and installed in your yard? Now I’m going back 20 years but I had a stone base put down (Oz NY landscaping timber and a 10x25 foot shed installed by the Amish for about $5000. That’s about $21 a month over 20 years. I do have investigate to have its shingles replaced. It’s a tall shed so I may ask for a metal roof to match the house. Then the local township raised my realistate taxes because of the shed (sigh), but at least it’s onsite and 20 feet from my shop. So I recently got storage in NJ because storage in NYC is just too expensive. I wasn't there a year and they greatly increased price. I have a 5x12 and I went from $97 to $156. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good storage company that is not that expensive?
