I have had a person interest in the concept. Here is a thread I posted a few years ago, made after working briefly with a French author who was researching a project about the history of French computing https://www.vintagecomputer.net/browse_thread.cfm?id=582 Note the similarity of the The (1963) TRW Computermobile Mark II to the MOBIDIC On Fri, Jun 29, 2018 at 1:45 PM Bill Degnan <billdegnan@gmail.com> wrote:

Guys -- if any of you REALLY WANT to own the model that's on eBay, then feel free to start bidding against each other :), all I ask if that the winner lets us borrow it for taking measurements and/or (awesome!) laser scans. The model we have is in poor condition .... it's safely installed in the hallway display case but I wouldn't use it for measurements due to its fragility.
I am serious about making life-size replica. I already have permission from IA for us to adopt one of their period Army trailers.
My goal is to acquire it for VCF. I can think of several different uses for it not to mention having a "spare" albeit a smaller scale one in the event something ever happened to the other one.
While cool, I do not want it for myself. Bill D. If you want, it's yours. I will be sure not to drive the price up by bidding if I know someone else wants it, especially knowing he/she would make it readily available to VCF as needed.
I officially remove myself from the bidding process. Good to know someone wants it and will appreciate it!!! Tony
