No, use *smoked* plexi and paint the blue bits. And it may be easier to use a water jet service like bigbluesaw.com rather than trying to cut the piece on a table saw. The side parts are too large for consumer-grade 3D printers.
I think Bill Dudley has the right idea -- use ordinary clear plexi and paint it.
