I didn't win, so that's irrelevant. My initial complaint is not me being a bad loser, it's legitimate and I know that it's an opinion shared by many. Members of the steering committee especially should be of the mentality that they will do the work necessary to get the reward. Some are and some aren't. If this discussion is terminated, nothing is going to change. If there can be reasonable discussion on the issue, change is possible. I was frustrated this morning and it came through in my email. I'm still frustrated. Jeff B, Jeff J, Bernie S and I all worked our asses off today to clean up after the party. Jeff B, Bill I. and I worked our asses off to set up the party. Thanks and appreciation is all well and good, but actions are what matter.
