On the 182 and some other models this is done with DIP switches, but on the 192/193 it's done by front panel button sequences and stored in battery-backed RAM.

Not sure it is for a 192, but they tended to be similar. 3/4 of the way down, see line termination. There were probably two sets of ROMs. One was OKIDATA, the other with IBM (Epson) compatible.
