[vcf-midatlantic] Final Committee Member Election Results

Please welcome Dave McGuire and Jason Perkins to the VCF Mid-Atlantic steering committee! I know they will add great ideas and energy to the committee. Thank you to everyone who participated in the election! There is much good work to be done, but it doesn't get done without help from our membership and volunteers.
