Hello! A strong suggestion, do you own a smart device, like a smartphone, or a tablet? No, I do not own a smart device, like a smartphone, or a tablet, or even a cell phone.
Look for an app from those people, and enter your email address. It'll bring up an image of the ticket that should have been sent to you.
I'm not able to use "apps" for the aforementioned reason; if I received a PDF, I would have printed it out to bring along, but I didn't get one. I was just a bit worried that they would be scanning these to enter and I would have no proof of purchase to provide. Jeff reached out to me and let me know that I'm all squared away though so I think all is well now - thank you, Jeff, for the help!
Oh and check your junk mail filters. Sometimes good mail can be caught by badly managed filters.
It's not in my junk mail (and I have no filters on the account I used that send mail to junk). I got a PDF for an event the previous weekend from an Eventbrite, but not from this one, just an email confirmation that is missing a PDF attachment and a link to get my ticket using a URL that prompts for login, for an account I never created with them, and for which trying to reset my password that I don't have just results in an "invalid URL" error when I open it. Trust the people that are supposed to get it right to get it wrong...
It even happens inside Google Mail.
I do agree that most free commercial mail servers do a poor job of not sending legitimate mail to junk, but that's a separate rant... Other people say they got theirs, so who knows, maybe some wires were crossed on their end and my PDF went into the ether... NA
Jeff? I'll be along on the Saturday. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drwho8@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again."

Hi, Jeff - logistical question for you. I just bought my ticket using EventBrite, but unlike some other events I didn't automatically receive a PDF to print out, and when I try to use the log in link or click access ticket I get an invalid URL error. I went to a conference this past weekend where they just checked us off by name when arriving and I didn't actually need the ticket - do we need to bring a ticket or will they just be cross-checking registration at the door?
Thanks!
