[vcf-midatlantic] CORRECTION: VCF-MA Steering Committee Nominations

Minor mistake to one of the email addresses for the VCF Committee Members to send nominations. Below are the corrected addresses, namely mine, which would inadvertently have been sent to an unrelated parked domain.
