I am looking for a good place to buy rack screws, I was hoping to find a place i can just stop in and pick up a pack of 100, tried Guitar Center and they told me they have to order them, unless i wanted some "specialty" ones they had in stock that where $9 for 10 screws, yeah I dont think so.
I picked up my last pack from monoprice.com: http://www.monoprice.com/search/index?keyword=rack+screws Looks like it's about $5 for 50. They have 10/32 and 12/24. The ones I received were decent quality, didn't strip out even though I had a few mangled threads in the rack posts. In general I've had good results with monoprice hardware. Thanks, Jonathan
