Those switches are hard to come by, but malfunctioning ones can usually be revived by taking the key Cap off and flooding with IPA and working them vigorously.
I tried DeOxit on them, which worked on the other nonfunctioning keys, but not these. After reading some accounts by other users, perhaps I didn't wait long enough for them to dry out.
