[vcf-midatlantic] A/V volunteers needed for VCF East 2024

We need a few more volunteers for A/V to help lighten the load and give them breaks. Besides setup and breakdown, it is mostly monitoring the recording on the computer. Training will be provided. We also need an MC to introduce speakers. We also need a microphone runner to go to people when asking questions so that they speak into the microphone.
