Hi All, I am in the process of a long overdue purge of unneeded stuff from my garage so I wanted to offer an item free to the VCF-Mid Atlantic collection or any member that would like it. It it an IBM 3090 lift tool. It was designed to assist CE personnel with removing & installing heavy power supplies at higher points in the machine to minimize a chance of back injury. It has a hand cranked lift table that raises & lowers via a steel cable and has a wheel brake to prevent the whole assembly from rolling. It raises above waist high. I realize that this it not "vintage" but it may assist someone in installing heavy equipment in racks or frames so I wanted to offer it before it gets scrapped. One important note, it is not a hand truck and the frame will crack if typical hand truck leverage is applied but used for it's intended purpose it works as expected. While I was not planning on attending Festivus, I can deliver it on Saturday if VCF-Mid Atlantic or any attendee would like it. The Lift tool is currently located in Morris county in Northen NJ . Please see the link below for pictures of the item. Pictures => <http://1drv.ms/1N5Bjbk> Regards, Jeff Galinat
