Bill Inderiden also helped for an hour on Thursday. Joe, Bill and I will return Friday at 4:30PM and stop at probably 7:30PM. We need to set up video games, clean up screens, move a few tables. I have my own administrative tasks to do so that I'm ready for the morning. Saturday I hope to be there by 9AM and will be there to receive everyone. I didn't get any volunteers signing up so Joe and I spent 2 1/2 hours on Wednesday and 2 and 1/2 hours on Thursday night setting up. We will finish setup on Friday. I'm not sure how much will be left to do. It might be minimal depending on how much we get done just the two of us.
