I used a UIEC with Michau's kernel extensions and the IEC to cassette port adapter that came with Superscript and it seems pretty reliable. Michau is still active on cbm-hackers and is easy to get hold of.

is part of a project I am working on for VCF E...Just makes my life a heck of a lot easier because I can work on the modern PC to write code and copy to B series using an SD card, So much more efficient. And I believe using the iUEC with a B Series computer has never been done before. b
There was talk in 2011 about using the iUEC but I don't think anyone had all of the pieces in one place, or in my case I had the hardware but did not actually need to make the connection until now.
