Here's a nice donation from Martin (of our neighbor organization OMARC): "I have a dozen Western Electric and ITT 1A2 model 2565 (1972 vintage) phones. The batch I have came out of the IBM Corporate Campus on Castle Drive in Armonk, NY. Many still have dial cards depicting (914) 765-xxxx numbers."
Awesome! 1A2 systems are pretty neat -- I have a 4-line setup (currently packed up) that was hooked up to my Asterisk box in Troy. I'd be happy to set one up for VCF if we can find a KSU to go with them.
*delurk* ... OOC, which Troy? Because here in Troy, NY I'm friends with a Jon who just recently took down his 1A2 system. I'd take it off his hands, but I'm all about the AT&T Legend digital system. :) -- Jameel Akari
