[vcf-midatlantic] Can't find old VCF Video

I was looking for an old VCF video of Watts Humphrey's talk on The MOBIDIC. He was the project engineer for Sylvania on the project. I wanted to post it to HACKADAY. I remember thinking that they were ahead of everyone at the time. -- DuaneCraps sdɐɹɔ ǝuɐnp
