Blind people use technology called braille displays or braille note takers. 2 big names in their circle are the Pacmate from freedom scientific (used to be blazie engineering) and braillenote from pulsedata humanware among others. There is also printers called braille embossers. To the untrained eye they might appear to be a big, massive weird looking no ink dot matrix printer. I wanted to put a feeler out there since we all pour thru loads of old tech at different locations thru out the USA. If you run across anything, please don't hesitate to let me know.
