Myself, I have used sheet styrofoam insulation, cut-to-fit whatever box, assembled around the S-100 chassis. The pink insulation is firmer and good for outside layers. The white insulating is yielding and good for the inside nearest the chassis.\
Yes, that's what I do too. Use the pink sheets of insulation and make a "box" with it. The other good thing is that it stacks well and you can put in the attic for storage, which insulates the attic when not in use. Bill
