the problem only happens when trying to program -more- than one port on the 9750 box
In BASIC. Remember it worked fine in Logo. Which reminds me: Jon and I had similar problems programming multiple ports in BASIC last summer. We chalked it up to a timing issue -- Lego called for a PC and we used a 386 -- but maybe we were wrong. Granted there are totally different subroutines for the PC vs. for the Apple, just saying though....
We have two version of the code to attempt this, only the one version was shown here and both experience this strange symptom
Your version: 9 billion lines of complexity. Mine version: a few lines of simplicity. :) Result: same.
