I called them three times to get to talk with someone about getting the block of rooms in the first place and twice I left a message asking for a call back.. The third time they gave me an email to put together the block of rooms and then Jeff worked with them to get the rooms. So it took three calls just to get an email address. I just called again, and first reached reservations, who immediately transferred me to the front desk, saying they're the only ones who know about group booking discounts. The front person (may have been the same one as this morning, maybe not) then said he knew nothing about this, and I that had to email his manager. He then spelled out the same address as I'd been given this morning, except he read a digit as an O instead of a zero. Soooo....I re-sent my email to the O version. But it's Friday after 5pm, hard to guess where this is going to go, if anywhere...
