The front door is locked and has an access code. Nobody should be entering the building if they are not part of the group that is inside. It doesn't matter who they are.
I certainly feel for those women who had a man walk in on them. Hell you could have a gathering of gay men who would howl like banshees if a dame walked in, so there you go!
