When I visited the warehouse, I suggested tenting the shelving and putting open containers of desiccant under each tent. You could use cheapo super thin plastic drop cloth material for the tenting.
Ah -- the pallet covers that we bought before the roof repair would work for this. They came in a giant tear-off roll from Grainer and each cover fit over two shelving units.
